Konnichiwa!
Nice to meet you! I'm Tisha. I'm a bi-lingual 4th Kyu Kimono master based here in Tokyo. I'm internationally licensed by the Kyoto Kimono Art Culture Association to share Kimono culture, and I'm also a graduate of the Ecole De Paris International Make-up school. I would love to be your guide on your first Kimono experience!

Why I started Blossom Kimono
Since moving to Japan, I've deeply fallen in love with Kimono, but being over 6 ft (180cm) and broad-shouldered l've come to learn a lot about just how challenging it is for taller people and people with bigger builds to enjoy them.
I wanted to not just master Kimono, and build my own collection, but also learn the ins and outs of of how to dress and style them for everyone; not just those with the typically-petite frame of the average Japanese woman. Whether you are a tall and athletically built woman, a trans-woman seeking a beautiful gender-affirming experience, or even a man who wants to discreetly enjoy the beauty and femininity of women's Kimono, I am here for you:)
